Project 2 part B

This project is about creating a photo manipulation of my picture into a cyborg, It can be a part of my body for example my hands.

   I want to manipulate my face to look half human half robot face, like Arnold Schwarzenegger in “the terminator “movie series.

 I was inspired by that famous movie because I found it mind blowing on how they could create such a manipulation that looked so real back in that time, so the reason why I chose this  manipulation is to be able to achieve what I thought is impossible or hard to realize years ago.

  I always dreamed of what if we make to the future and see how life would be, surely people will rely on robots and smart machines, but what if those machines will be a part of us, of our bodies.

If I had the ability to transform a body part into a robotic part it would be half of my face, my eye will be a hyper camera which has night vision and zoom. Also, X-ray ability so I can see behind walls and all those cool features.

One half of my face will be normal the other will be obviously a shiny metallic structure with sensors and mechanical moving parts like my jaw and half of my mouth and nose.

The eye will be a camera as I mentioned in the paragraph above and it will have a blinking red light into it, the face will probably have a lot of scratches and dents like a real metallic surface. The metal will be integrated underneath my skin. So, my face will look like it’s been ripped.

I will focus on the eye, I'll make it like a camera lens with a little bit of metal around it.

I will be looking at my plant and spot little and microscopic creatures.

Final work

I added a black and white filter to my skin so it looks like metal, I arranged some engine pictures underneath the cuts in my skin. For the eye I placed a camera lens over my eye and added an extra lens in my forehead.

I added a hologram vector effect, so It looks like I'm observing something on the plant. If you look closely you can notice a small mosquito placed on the plant.
