At this stage, I and my group worked on executing the campaign, we used the campaign proposal as a reference in making posts, reels, IG TV videos, stories.

We tweaked the color palette according to the influencer's preference, we took some time trying to find what really suits our influencer, so we came up with some variations.

The color palette was finally changed from a cold color palette to a warmer one, and it was narrowed down to 4 colors.

Also, we have changed the initial typeface to Futura STD (Medium, Book, Bold, Black).

For the design elements, we used the ones that appeared in our campaign proposal slides, we used the brush strokes randomly as planned in the beginning, we tried to make a lot of variations using the brushes to reflect Blossom's personality.

When we finally finalized the typeface, design elements, and color palette, we focused on posting weekly.


In this project, I mainly did video editing and animation with Dayyan, I made some reels and IG TV videos, I also helped to cut the raw videos for Dayyan so we work more efficiently.

I also helped with the creation of some graphics for reels and posts.

Reflection

Experience 

This project was a good and new experience for me, we worked with a real client and a real company which is exciting, I took a glimpse on working in a real-life environment, we faced a lot of challenges and last-minute redesigns, we learned to be resilient and creative, we learned how to make last-minute changes and important decisions under pressure.

time was one of the limitations we faced, especially when not having the raw content to work with, video editing, and animation take some time to be done especially the thinking and planning process.

Observation 

I noticed that working with clients can be a bit hard on designers when they want to change the art direction etc... One thing that I have learned from Ms. Li Lian is that the designer must push the client to what it's best for them sometimes, the designer sees what really suits a brand or a person because designers do the thinking and consider a lot of things before making things visually pleasing, the design thinking process is the most important phase of a design project, we had to do what was best for the influencer and campaign sometimes, and we gave advice to the client concerning design decisions.

Findings 

Working with a real client made me realize that I always want to design things in my way or in my own art style, this time I was obliged to follow the client's instructions and preferences 80% of the time, designing for Blossom and trying to reflect her personality in our designs.
