Task 1 | Social Media Analytics

In this task, we used google analytics to analyze the data given, we made the data into different categories and sorted it by duration and date, the goal behind this task is for us to get familiarized with analytics data and metrics using an online tool

Task 2 | Empathy Mapping & Persona

In this group task, we were asked to identify 4 user personas for a specific app. we set interview questions for our target audience so we can get 4 different personas.
