We chose to go with PRADA,

Reflection 

Observation 

During these two weeks, I noticed that brands are bigger than I imagined, a brand identity can be so complicated and diverse.

Experience 

I had quite a good experience when working with my classmates, we split the work and we shared ideas and suggestions with each other, the workflow was good, we managed to finish the task on time as we worked as a team, I was really happy to work with my friend Hanbo and Tresha.


Findings 

I found that brand profiles are similar in a way, they share the same details, any brand has a meaning and purpose, a goal to achieve, this goal is not always related to money it can be a moral thing.


Further Reading 

After watching the Youtube lectures with Mr. Vinod Nair, I became more curious about branding and the history of branding.

This short conference of 20 minutes is about the full history of the brand.

38.000 years ago there were designers! or artists, the first forms of art began as drawings on caves' walls and stones.

10.000 years ago we created makeup then we created symbols to signify a way of thinking or beliefs, symbols meant a lot of things, then these symbols became brands after people had a sense of belonging towards these symbols. this was thousands of years ago by the Egyptian culture.

The speaker in the video also talks about the evolution of branding from the past till now and the aspects that changed over time.
